Chipper The Cheetah
I had a magic moment in Africa when a cheetah came up to me and allowed me to touch it. He was purring so loudly I put my hand on his throat to feel the vibration. I watched a mother cheetah give her cubs a hunting lesson. I watched with wonder a cheetah running over 100 kilometers an hour. I was so lucky to be able to photograph cheetahs in the wild.
The cheetahs talk to children about their life in the wild - what they eat, where they live and how they survive. There are facts, maps and important information at the back of the book.
