Ping-Ping the panda

I flew to Chendu in China, then a four-hour drive up the mountains to photograph pandas at Wolong. Twelve baby pandas came wobbling over to explore the plastic gown I was asked to wear. They decided it was fun to pull it off because it made a squeaky sound. One panda decided to cling to my left leg and wouldn’t let go. They are adorable and so funny to watch their antics.

Through photographs you can see what pandas eat, their habitat and how they survive. The pandas talk to children about their lives in a true to life adventure. There are facts, maps and important information at the back of the book.
